So, if you are looking for a new home medical provider, are in need of transitional care management, or would like to take advantage of our group of specialists at one of our specialty clinics, we would love to help better your healthcare experience.
When joining 1st Choice Medical Group you will immediately notice our teams friendly and energetic spirit and a high level of customer service. We will walk you through setting the initial appointment, which is when the new patient documents will be signed. Upon your initial visit and the signing of the new patient documentation, we will start by performing a general healthcare assessment and request labs and imaging if needed. This gives us a clear picture of your current healthcare state and allows us to create an accurate treatment plan.
We accept Medicare Part B, some PPO plans, and cash as form of payment. Please contact the office to discuss specific insurance eligibility.
