1. Will my insurance pay for a home visit?

Yes, if you are qualified for in-home visit, your insurance will cover the visit in place of an in-office visit. 

2. Do I qualify for a home visit?

If your physical or mental health worsens when you take trips to the doctors office; Or if you have a mobile aid device such as a walker, wheel chair, or scooter you likely qualify for in-home visits and should call the office to establish an appointment.

3. What insurance do you accept?

Medicare with part B, and cash pay only. We do not currently accept HMO plans.

4. Do you accept cash pay?

Yes, we do accept cash payments for visits.

5. How do I make an appointment?

6. How soon does it take to see a provider?

In most cases you will be scheduled to see a provider within 24-48 hours from the time the office first speaks with the patient or caregiver to set the initial appointment.

7. Can you provide the same care at my home as I would receive at a doctors office?

Yes. In fact, many patients feel better receiving care at home as it presents physical and mental hardships to get access to a doctors office. This is usually the determining factor for whether or not a patient qualified for in-home care.

8. Will I have the same provider at Choice Medical Group?

We will do our very best to have the same provider visit you or your loved one each time. In some cases schedules changes or emergencies may arise. This may make it tough for your assigned provider to visit you in the time frame you need. In this case there is a possibility of another highly qualified provider visiting you in their place.
